Pilates

Slow controlled flowing movements, low impact flexibility, strengthening the core muscles to stabilise and support the spine. It brings the mind and body together, improving general fitness and overall well-being. Pilates focuses on breathing techniques, posture, and balance, whilst realigning the body and correcting posture. In Pilates, the likelihood of injury is much lower than compared to more strenuous forms of exercises. While performing various exercises in the class, your mind needs to be constantly aware of your breathing and the way your body moves.
